Protect Your Eyes
Here are some things you can do to preserve your eyes and prevent long lasting damage to your most precious sense.
- Wear sunglasses every time you go outside. Even when it’s not bright outside, ultraviolet rays can damage your eyes.
- Carry eye drops with you. Whenever you feel dust in your eye, use the eye drops in order to prevent serious damage that can occur.
- Avoid walking though heavy construction areas. It is a good idea not to intentionally expose your eyes to a hazardous environment.
- Schedule regular visits with your eye doctor. Have your vision tested regularly so that small problems do not turn into larger problems in the future.
